How It Works
Join us for the first annual Community Well-Being Challenge to explore the many accessible resources, events, and activities that lead to greater longevity. The 2023 Community Well-Being Challenge launched on April 3 and runs through December 31.
Thrive Umpqua and dozens of community partners are offering free classes, hosting exciting events, offering unique exploration opportunities, and much more. Participants are invited to participate in at least six well-being activities throughout the year that correspond to the six Longevity Principles: Move More, Connect, Live on Purpose, Plant Slant, Unwind and Positive Outlook.
No manual tracking or logging of activities required! Thrive Umpqua tracks your attendance at each of the events/activities and you are entered to win gift cards and prizes each month and for the final Grand Prizes at the end of the Challenge!
Eligible activities are communicated through monthly emails, periodic text message reminders (for those who opt in), and on this webpage. Check out the Upcoming Events section below.
