Building on the Success of the 2025 Back To School Bash

A New Community Tradition

What began as a vision to support local students quickly became a powerful community tradition. In 2025, the inaugural Back to School Bash brought together more than 1,600 students and families, along with volunteers, businesses, schools, and community organizations, to help students start the year prepared and confident.

More than a school supply giveaway, the Bash created meaningful connections, strengthened community partnerships, and showcased what is possible when we come together to support local youth. Building on that incredible momentum, the 2026 Back to School Bash will expand opportunities, resources, and experiences for students and families across Douglas County.

How Can You Get Involved?

Community Organizations/Businesses

The Back to School Bash is powered by the businesses, organizations, schools, and community groups that believe every student deserves a strong start to the school year. Whether you’re a nonprofit organization, local business, civic group, healthcare provider, faith community, or student organization, there is a place for you at the Bash. Partners can host interactive booths, provide educational activities, offer giveaways, sponsor supplies, recruit volunteers, or help create memorable experiences for attendees.
